Are you uploading a file downloaded from Canva? 
If so, please make sure you are downloading the file with the following output settings:

File Type: "PDF PRINT"
Check the box: "Crop marks and bleed"
Color Profile: CMYK 

Please Note: Canva requires a pro account to download with CMYK color profile. If you do not have a Canva Pro account, you can simply click "Upload Artwork Later" and either share the Canva link to hello@socialcutouts.com or create a share link and put the share link in the order notes or send to us in the live chat box.  If you have any questions about this process, please reach out to us!
